Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Build a relationship with sites and establish what their needs are
• Assist with the identification, selection, and interviewing of candidates
• Address field team questions and concerns
• Organize and conduct new employee orientation
• Care for team members with a people-first mentality
• Assist with training and development

Requirements:

• 2-year degree
• 3-5 years of experience in human resource-related positions
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting human resources management and human resources best practices
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and solution-focused

Work Model:

• On-Site
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
• Monday – Friday
