Palmer Group has partnered with a local leader in the construction industry, with their search for a Human Resources Generalist. This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting many HR functions and will leverage technology to enhance HR processes. If you are interested in this position, please apply today!

Responsibilities:

  • Generate reports and analyze HR Data to support decision-making programs
  • Serve as a main point of contact for HRIS-related matters and ensure effective communication and collaboration between teams
  • Provide support with benefits, employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance management
  • Work with HR team members to ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Assist with HR training programs related to HRIS and other HR processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on HRIS administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively 
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and their functionalities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Some knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
  • HR Certification is a plus
