Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
  • Interview and make recommendations to hiring managers regarding talent
  • Lead on-boarding and orientation processes
  • Oversee performance management process and the administration of employee benefits
  • Coach managers and employees through employee relations issues
  • Process payroll
  • Update employee handbook as necessary
  • Identify and coordinator training
  • Ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years of Human Resources work experience
