Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to execute the talent strategy for future needs and retention
- Create internal developmental opportunities as well as training programs
- Develop employee performance review strategy and process
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits, ensure the company is aligned with changing marketplace
- Work collaboratively with all leadership by providing employee relations direction and consulting
- Be a subject matter expert in employee labor laws, government regulations, and other regulatory areas
- Administer and champion 401K
- Perform direct supervisory responsibilities over Human Resources Generalist
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 7+ years of proven Human Resources leadership experience
- Proven experience creating training plans and employee performance review processes
- Able to be in the office 5 days a week
- Ability to travel as needed to offsite locations
- High energy, professionalism, and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Employee Ownership Plans is a bonus but not required
