Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with leadership to execute the talent strategy for future needs and retention
  • Create internal developmental opportunities as well as training programs
  • Develop employee performance review strategy and process
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits, ensure the company is aligned with changing marketplace
  • Work collaboratively with all leadership by providing employee relations direction and consulting
  • Be a subject matter expert in employee labor laws, government regulations, and other regulatory areas
  • Administer and champion 401K
  • Perform direct supervisory responsibilities over Human Resources Generalist 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 7+ years of proven Human Resources leadership experience
  • Proven experience creating training plans and employee performance review processes
  • Able to be in the office 5 days a week
  • Ability to travel as needed to offsite locations
  • High energy, professionalism, and strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of Employee Ownership Plans is a bonus but not required
