We are assisting our local client in their search for a Human Resources Manager. This individual will be able to guide in recruiting, employee relations, talent management, training, and benefits while supporting management initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Establish best practices
  • Collaborate with management and safety
  • Recruit, interview, and make recommendations to create a solid pipeline
  • Support new hires and onboarding processes
  • Counsel supervisors on employee relations issues
  • Facilitate performance and development processes, including leadership training
  • Administer and communicate HR programs, policies, and procedures
  • Answer employee questions regarding benefits, leave administration, and general policy questions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of work experience in Recruiting and HR roles
