Our client seeks a highly motivated, experienced Human Resource Specialist to manage all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. Interested? Keep reading!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and values
  • Coordinate and oversee recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes
  • Administer employee benefits programs and manage payroll processes
  • Oversee performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and developing performance improvement plans
  • Manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and grievances and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations
  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
  • Research HR trends and best practices and provide recommendations to improve HR policies and practices
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide payroll processing backup support

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software
