Our client seeks a highly motivated, experienced Human Resource Specialist to manage all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. Interested? Keep reading!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and values
- Coordinate and oversee recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Administer employee benefits programs and manage payroll processes
- Oversee performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and developing performance improvement plans
- Manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and grievances and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
- Research HR trends and best practices and provide recommendations to improve HR policies and practices
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide payroll processing backup support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software
