The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in conceiving, executing, and overseeing engineering initiatives aimed at enhancing manufacturing methodologies, operations, and processes. Their focus is on optimizing product manufacturing efficiency, cutting down production expenses, enhancing product quality, boosting distribution throughput, and driving safety standards.   • Ensure that processes, metrics, criteria, and endeavors are harmonized with core priorities such as safety, punctuality, quality, and efficiency
  • Apply robust analytical methodologies to problem-solving, crafting economical solutions
  • Supervise the implementation of installation and process enhancement initiatives, encompassing advancements in productivity and technology
  • Execute all project tasks within predefined parameters of scope, budget, and timeline
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving acumen to foster operational superiority


  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory
  • 1-3 years of practical, hands-on experience (experience working with automated manufacturing equipment and processes is a plus)
  • Willingness to proactively engage in tasks and take necessary actions to consistently achieve desired outcomes
  • Capacity to adeptly navigate uncertain circumstances, persuade peers, and effectively execute plans
