Inside Sales Consultant

We have an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Consultant with a well-known not-for-profit membership organization in Des Moines. This is a business-to-business new member sales role that is primarily phone sales. This trusted company provides an extensive business directory with online leads and complete marketing and advertising support. Responsibilities:

• Make business-to-business sales calls via phone
• Perform outbound marketing to small to medium size businesses (SMB)
• Follow up on leads
• Exceed new membership goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Outbound sales experience
• Ability to exceed call goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Consistent attendance and contribution to the growth of the team
• Professional verbal and written communication skills

Work Model:

• On-Site
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00AM – 4:00PM
