Inside Sales Specialist

Our client, an industry-leading manufacturer, immediately needs an Inside Sales Specialist. If you thrive on providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations, we would like to meet you to discuss this opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries by telephone and email; discuss product details, pricing, order status, and shipping
• Prepare orders for order entry and process orders  ­
• Coordinate communications between customers and operations
• Handle proactive customer communication regarding orders, backorders, shipping, delays, or changes
• Assist with quoting software; handling customer inquiries; troubleshooting
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure client deadlines are met

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience will be considered
• Inside sales experience
• 1+ years of work-related experience 
• Building materials or construction experience is a plus
• Reliable, self-motivated learner
• Skilled at working in a fast-paced environment
  
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to build strong relationships
