Our client, an innovative leader in their industry, is looking to add an Inside Sales Specialist to their team to build relationships with their existing client base and pursue new clients. Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, engaging new and existing customers
- Carry out lead qualification activities
- Enter and process orders, maintaining an efficient process
- Utilize Salesforce to ensure the accuracy of customer, account, and lead data
- Create a specified number of new SalesForce opportunities, make outbound calls, answer inbound calls, and close sales
- Attain monthly/quarterly/yearly individual sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, administration, or a related discipline
- Experience/knowledge in the equipment industry, specifically construction, concrete pumping, or cranes and rigging, is a plus
- Expertise in closing sales with product and solution
- Exceptional internal and external relationship-building skills
- Strong organization and prioritization capabilities, detail-oriented
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Team player mindset with a high level of dedication
