Palmer Group is recruiting qualified accounting candidates to be considered for our insurance industry client’s open Insurance Operations Coordinator position. In this role, you will perform various functions that will allow you to perfect and expand your skill set. Apply today if you want a foot in the door at a Fortune 500 company!
Responsibilities:
- Create and print insurance cards for commercial clients
- Service and support internal teams and other representatives
- Utilize Excel to create mail merge projects
- Support an Insurance Operations team
- Submit completed cards to be mailed to the requester
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Customer Service, retail, call centers, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to details
- Experience in a high-volume team where accuracy is important
- Open to different cultures, will be working with partners in Mumbai
Work Model:
- On-Site
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00AM – 5:00PM
