International Controller

Palmer Group is partnering with a well-established organization to search for an International Controller. We are searching for a candidate that is a natural leader and can bring 10+ years of experience to the table. This company is growing and wants the individual in this role to grow with them. Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the international accounting teams to improve processes and procedures to enable efficient and effective transaction processing and reporting for both management and statutory requirements
• Analyze monthly results and regional sales trends, including transfer pricing methodology
• Engage with international business leaders to evaluate sales and manufacturing strategies
• Work closely with the Treasury team to optimize global cash from the international entities
• Perform annual forecasting process, including process improvements for the international entities
• Coordinate with regional controllers to ensure local audits are completed timely

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance
• 10+ years of experience
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing accounting processes
• Strong understanding of currency impacts on global transactions
