Looking to add value to a growing organization in Ankeny and take part in new initiatives? Our client is looking to temporarily hire an Invoice Coordinator to assist their merchandising team. Those experienced in performing lighter accounting functions and who can quickly adapt are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Process Invoices
  • Match invoices with receiving documentation
  • Work closely with buyers on discrepancies/issues and send approval for payment
  • Input New Vendors
  • Perform other projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of accounts payable experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • 8:00AM – 5:00PM
  • Monday – Friday
