IT Generalist

Palmer Group is looking for an IT Generalist to join a team with our local client full-time. This individual will oversee and enhance the IT infrastructure and manage computer systems. If you are interested in this position and want to stay up to date with current technology trends, apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Offer technical support for on-site and remote staff
• Collaborate with SAAS providers and business partners to discuss technology initiatives
• Develop and enforce security policies, and monitor threats and compliance
• Oversee overall technology operations, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades
• Recommend IT hardware, software, and services
• Administer systems such as NetSuite, HubSpot, Asana, and Microsoft Office 365

Requirements:

• Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or other related field
• 5+ years of IT experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM, ERP, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint
• Proficient with PC and Mac, with JAMF experience preferred
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge

Work Model:

• On-Site
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
