- Respond to incidents in the form of calls or automated tickets
- Perform remote troubleshooting
- Provide status updates
- Escalate issues when needed
- Document all call activity
- Provide feedback or suggestions to leadership for team improvements
- Associate’s degree in an information system or a similar field or equivalent work-related experience
- Solid troubleshooting skills
- Able to communicate with end-users to their level of technical understanding
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- 10:00AM – 6:30PM
- Tuesdays and Wednesdays OFF
