IT Security Compliance Specialist

We are looking for an experienced IT Security Compliance Specialist open to an opportunity in the Des Moines metro area. Candidates with 3 years of experience will be most successful in this role. Are you interested in learning or getting involved in opportunities? Contact us for specifics!

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate security controls and determine if they meet the organization’s security requirements
• Document findings, develop risk strategies, and recommend plans of action
• Develop and maintain system security documentation to mitigate cyber risks
• Manage security-related servers including providing and maintaining antivirus and other anti-malware products to protect infrastructure from malicious code
• Assess the compliance risks on new products/processes and suggest steps for mitigation of risks
• Conduct Enterprise-wide risk assessment periodically and maintain a risk register

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience
• 4 Year Degree preferred
• PowerShell scripts experience 
• Experience with Server updates, Cyber Security maintaining antivirus, and other anti-malware products to protect infrastructure from malicious code
