IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Work on well-defined projects to help with customer technology improvement plans
• Complete projects via phone, following a pre-determined process
• Walk users through installation and activation processes
• Follow documented steps and ensure every credit card terminal has been replaced

Requirements:

• 1+ years of technical support via phone and ticketing system
• Demonstrated troubleshooting experience
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong customer service skills

Work Model: 

• Hybrid after training
• 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM, various days off
