Lead Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Oversee electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Proficient in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and optimization with major PLC brands (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Omron)
• Lead the design and development of electrical systems, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), control panels, and automation solutions for multiple facilities
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and professionals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with a focus on PLCs and industrial automation
• Experience in PLC troubleshooting and programming, and control panel layout and wiring
• Project management experience 
• Strong communication and leadership skills
