Loan Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide loan support for commercial, agricultural, mortgage, and consumer loans
• Work with the Loan Officer to process and close loans
• Prepare preliminary documents, disclosures, and closing documents within regulatory guidelines
• Work with attorneys, abstractors, appraisers, insurance companies, closing companies, and customers to answer questions and gather financials through the loan process
• Order and process paid notes
• Review credit reports
• Set up ATA/ACH payments
• Work on collateral-building projects
• Answer customer questions in person or on the phone and may cross-sell products and services 

Requirements:

• 1+ years of commercial and agricultural processing experience
• Knowledge of commercial and agricultural documentation, procedures, and processing
• Attentive to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Team player attitude
• Must reside in a 20-25 mile radius of Norwalk
• Jack Henry and Byte loan systems experience is desired 

Work Model:

• On-Site
• 8:00AM – 4:30PM Monday – Friday
• 8:00AM – 11:00AM Saturday rotation once a month
