Maintenance Supervisor

In this role, you will act as a leader and provide supervision to Maintenance Technicians to meet safety, quality, organization, and efficiency goals. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead maintenance technicians to achieve maintenance goals
  
  
• Provide support to production activities by performing maintenance on production equipment and faculty systems
  
  
• Oversee the educational pay programs for all maintenance technicians
• Collaborate with the manufacturing engineering team to lead proactive maintenance programs

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED with equivalent experience
• 1+ years of maintenance experience
• Knowledge of CNC, Manual Machines, HVAC, Pneumatic, and general Electrical experience
