Responsibilities:
- Implement continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma projects to increase performance
- Lead, prioritize, and implement multiple projects simultaneously
- Act as a technical expert promoting industry standards and capabilities across business functions
- Utilize root cause analysis to identify and troubleshoot issues on the production floor and find solutions
- Provide leadership and mentorship to supporting engineers and production teams
Requirements:
- 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in a relatable field preferred
- Ability to work independently and present solutions to leadership
- Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing training is a plus
- Strong team player
