Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture a strong team that is visible and respected in the community
- Build and service a commercial loan portfolio
- Coordinate business development efforts with other officers
- Negotiate complex credit arrangements
- Foster relationships with potential and existing customers
- Determine if the loan request is viable with bank policy
- Implement appropriate collection and risk mediation plans
- Participate in community affairs to increase the bank’s visibility
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or 10+ years of relevant experience
- 7+ years of lending experience
- Senior-level business banking experience, including management responsibilities
- Solid understanding of retail banking
- Proven sales skills and knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills
