Responsibilities:

  • Draft and edit request for proposals (RFP) and serve as administrator throughout the RFP processes
  • Manage project timelines and budget
  • Communicate with Facilities Management leadership to manage projects
  • Assist with the administration of security/ID badge access
  • Support management team with scheduling meetings, attending meetings, drafting meeting minutes, and other administrative duties
  • Serve as backup for front office staff
  • Manage the operating and front desk procedures and collaborate with other teams as necessary to ensure procedures align across the organization
  • Monitor department shared email, including responding to questions and requests in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field 
  • 5+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment 
  • 1+ year(s) successful managerial experience
  • Strong project management skills are a plus
  • Experience in facilities or building maintenance is a bonus

Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • Monday – Friday
  • 7:30AM – 4:30PM
