An Iowa City CPA has an opening for an Office Manager to join their rapidly growing and hard-working team. If you are interested in being considered, please apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the front desk is covered, and provide effective and friendly customer service
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Prepare and process payroll
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Answer phones and greet visitors as needed

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in accounting preferred
  • QuickBooks proficiency
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and manage time in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
