A rapidly growing Cedar Rapids company is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their accounting team. If you have union experience and are interested in being considered, please apply!
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide variety of payroll functions for multiple clients
- Read union agreements and perform union transmittals
- Quarterly and year-end reports
- Maintain efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Other projects as presented
Requirements:
- 5 years of accounting/payroll experience
- Previous experience with union agreements and transmittals
- Proficiency with MS Office/Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated individual
