Post Closing Analyst

Palmer Group is partnered with a West Des Moines company looking to hire a temporary Post Closing Analyst. If you have a mortgage or document management background, this may be your next job opportunity! Our client offers a team environment with excellent support and resources to get you up and running in your new role. 

Responsibilities:

• Scan, index, and record mortgage assignments
• Gather and research public records for recorded documents
• Verify loan documents for completeness
• Audit documents to ensure guidelines are met

Requirements:

• 2+ years of office experience with a focus on document management
• Prefer mortgage knowledge
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs – Word, Excel, Outlook
• Encompass experience is a plus
