Preservation Coordinator

Palmer Group has an excellent role for candidates looking for a fully remote position in Property Preservation. Our client has multiple contract-to-hire opportunities as a Preservation Coordinator and is looking for candidates with one to two years of experience in a professional office environment. These positions would offer the opportunity to work remotely as long as you have primary residency in either Iowa or Texas. Apply today!

Candidates are required to live in either Iowa or Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Handle work orders on properties in accordance with an investor, customer, and local requirements
• Review submitted estimates
• Process property preservation completions and estimate synopsis of all work completed for the property to the client
• Assign photos from work completed and estimates received
• Document all actions taken on property preservation completions and estimates

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-2 years of professional experience
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
• Expert math and analytical skills
• Experience in residential construction is preferred

Work Model:

• Remote
• Monday – Friday 
• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
