Process Engineering Manager

A well-established manufacturer in the Davenport area is looking to add a Process Engineering Manager to oversee their growing team. Responsibilities:

• Develop processes to track production, quality, and control systems closely
• Manage and develop the Process Engineering team to improve equipment performance and optimization
• Work with outside vendors and contractors to determine equipment for CAPEX
• Establish and maintains SOPs by safety and environmental standards

Requirements:

• Four-year degree in chemical engineering or a related field
• Experience leading a team in processing engineering efforts
• Overseen capital expenditure projects through a facility
• Willingness to be on call to respond to production issues when they arise
