Processing Associate

Responsibilities:

• Process asset account transfers that are coming into and leaving the firm
• Analyze transfer paperwork to ensure documents are in good standing
• Communicate with advisors on any additional information needed for the transfer paperwork
• Follow procedures independently to meet service level agreements and achieve quality metrics
• Learn, use, and support various financial products, software, and systems

Requirements:

• Experience meeting production standards and achieving quality metrics
• 1+ years working with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work independently and think critically, exercising good judgment
• Excellent problem-resolution, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Strong professional communication; ability to develop positive working relationships

Work Model:

• Hybrid
• Monday – Friday
• 7:30AM – 4:00PM
