Processing Associate

Palmer Group is working with this highly reputable and established client to fill the Processing Associate position. If you have solid data entry skills, great attention to detail, and a positive attitude, apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Review paperwork in the imaging system
• Enter information from the images into the database
• Ensure documents in the system are in good standing to move to the advisory platform
• Email communication to advisors if need additional documentation for documents to be in good standing order
• Process routine and complex transactions in an accurate, timely, and efficient manner
• Work to identify, interpret and resolve potential problems
• Follow procedures to meet service level agreements and achieve quality metrics
• Learn, use, and support various financial products, software, and systems

Requirements:

• 1 year banking, mortgage, or financial industry experience
• Ability to meet deadlines 
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive and professional work attitude
• Flexible and willing to adapt to change
• Respectful and helpful to other departments

Work Model:

• On-Site
• 8:00AM – 4:30PM
• Monday – Friday
