Product Promoter

Palmer Group is working with an industry-leading designer and manufacturer who is looking to add a Product Promoter to their team. This person will play a crucial role in increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and promoting their products and services to their target audience. This role requires excellent presentation skills and a willingness to travel across the country for consecutive weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Tour the continental US and Canada for up to 3 weeks at a time, showcasing their mobile showroom and give educational, service, and sales presentations to target audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and target audience
• Schedule sales trips and present courses to professionals in architecture and design, healthcare, and more
• Conduct product demonstrations, explain features and benefits, and answer questions from potential customers in a professional setting
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interaction
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to communicate product features and benefits effectively
• Make sales calls to current and prospective clients to schedule presentations and lunch and learns
• Stay up to date and follow all CDL rules and regulations

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, education, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, teaching/training, or related roles with a focus on product promotion
• This job requires the ability to drive a pickup truck and pull a 42 foot trailer across the U.S. and Canada (returning home by plane)
• Must have or be willing and able to obtain a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Excellent public speaking/presentation skills and comfortability speaking in front of groups
• Must be able to pass a physical exam and random drug screens
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations
