Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to managers
  • Provide accounts payable support and issue purchase orders
  • Assist with maintenance of vendor agreements
  • Ensure data integrity in project management software
  • Assist with monthly billings and payroll inputs

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Impressive computer skills
  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, trustworthy, and customer-focused
