Palmer Group is partnering with our local client in their search for an experienced Project Coordinator. This role will work interdepartmentally, assisting with various coordination efforts across the organization. Responsibilities

  • Schedule personnel for jobs through coordination with contractors and customers 
  • Confirm project checks lists are completed by contractors
  • Coordinate between departments for scheduling, parts delivery, etc.
  • Inform management and department directors of any concerns with scheduling
  • Process paperwork and tracking for any project change orders
  • Assist the service department with scheduling, quote requests, and submitting quotes to customers
  • Assist quoting department with contract bid projects
  • Manage and plan all purchasing, including purchase orders, master purchase order list, tracking items received, and return merchandise authorizations
  • Assist the service department and panel shop with ordering replacement parts or stock items
  • Track project statuses

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of project coordination experience in a contracting / construction-type project environment
  • General knowledge of the Water / Waste Water Controls Industry
  • MS Office Suite + OneNote, OneDrive, Adobe, QuickBooks
  • Effective communication with customers and co-workers

Work Model: 

  • On-Site
  • Monday – Friday 
  • 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
