Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with the preparation, review, and maintenance of purchase orders, submittals, invoices, subcontracts, timesheets, RFIs, change orders, and all other project management paperwork
  • Assist in administrative duties relating to project management and estimating as required
  • Understand project billing schedule and provide input for timely billings
  • Support estimating efforts as required
  • Participate in company marketing activities as required
  • Assist with material requisition pricing and accounts payable/receivable departments as needed

Requirements: 

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Will consider equivalent experience on a case by case basis
  • Experience in project coordination is beneficial; however, training will be provided
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Superior communication skills written and verbal
  • Ability to work on a team and build working relationships within all levels of the organization
  • Strong computer skills
  • Detail-oriented with drive to accomplish set goals
  • Must exhibit an energetic and positive attitude
