Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation, review, and maintenance of purchase orders, submittals, invoices, subcontracts, timesheets, RFIs, change orders, and all other project management paperwork
- Assist in administrative duties relating to project management and estimating as required
- Understand project billing schedule and provide input for timely billings
- Support estimating efforts as required
- Participate in company marketing activities as required
- Assist with material requisition pricing and accounts payable/receivable departments as needed
Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Will consider equivalent experience on a case by case basis
- Experience in project coordination is beneficial; however, training will be provided
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Superior communication skills written and verbal
- Ability to work on a team and build working relationships within all levels of the organization
- Strong computer skills
- Detail-oriented with drive to accomplish set goals
- Must exhibit an energetic and positive attitude
