Responsibilities:

  • Plan out and schedule events and appointments
  • Coordinate work schedules
  • Develop and implement an organized filing systems
  • Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable work
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documentation
  • Greet and assist guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls

Requirements: 

  • Previous experience in office administration in a construction or manufacturing environment
  • ERP, SAP, and Sage 100 (MAS 90) experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask 

Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • Monday – Friday
  • 7:30AM – 4:00PM
