Responsibilities:
- Plan out and schedule events and appointments
- Coordinate work schedules
- Develop and implement an organized filing systems
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable work
- Draft correspondences and other formal documentation
- Greet and assist guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration in a construction or manufacturing environment
- ERP, SAP, and Sage 100 (MAS 90) experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
Work Model:
- On-Site
- Monday – Friday
- 7:30AM – 4:00PM
