Quality Manager

We are searching for an expert in quality assurance to fill the Quality Manager opening with our long-term manufacturing client in West Des Moines. This position will focus on the continuous improvement of the quality assurance program and ensure clients are receiving the highest level of quality products. Check it out!

Responsibilities:

• Identify areas that need quality improvements
• Interact with all employees on every level
• Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the quality program
• Perform quality inspections and report conformance in material
• Use tools to check for conformance to standards and requirements
• Act as subject matter expert and provide training on quality assurance for production 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing or Engineering
• 3-5+ years of experience with quality assurance
• Previous experience in a supervisor role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• ASQ certification preferred
