Quality Manager

With an established quality program in place, they are looking for someone to come in and make their mark on the Quality Department by helping lead others and shape the department’s future. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire direction of the quality department and set strategic initiatives
• Ensure strict quality standards are maintained and improved upon
• Set and enact annual budgets for the department
• Develop department culture and foster an environment of growth
• Lead quality audits and uphold ISO 9001 standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred but not required
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience in a quality capacity
• Experience managing a Quality Assurance program (ISO)
• Management experience is highly preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills
