- Answer incoming calls, determine the nature of the call, and transfer as needed
- Distribute and pick up mail on behalf of team members
- Create and edit form letters as required
- Create certificates of insurance
- Order motor vehicle records
- High school diploma required; AA or BA is preferred
- 1-2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience
- Strong computer skills, specifically typing of 45 WPM, ability to use multiple screens, and work within multiple tabs
- 8:00AM – 5:00PM
- Monday – Friday
