Help us expand our Wisconsin territory! We’re looking for a promising new employee-owner to partner with an experienced Territory Manager and Recruiter to help us grow this market. Successful candidates will exhibit a high level of intrinsic motivation with a strong ability to multitask.
This Recruiter role requires discipline, consistency, and a commitment to daily planning and execution. Top performers will advance as we build and grow in Northeast Wisconsin.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit entry-level and experienced candidates from all sources
- Work with existing candidates on direct-hire and contract opportunities
- Assist territory manager with client engagements, interviews, references, referrals, and follow-ups on resumes and candidate leads
- Communicate with candidates and clients via phone, video, and in-person
Requirements:
- Team player
- Strong communication skills
- Recruiting, sales, business, or engineering-related professional success, and/or a combination of the above
- Recent graduates looking for entry into the fast-paced world of employment services are encouraged to apply

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary and uncapped commission
