As the Recruiting Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our client’s employer branding and talent acquisition team. From coordinating job postings to conducting interviews, you’ll be the backbone of their HR operations. Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR and Talent Acquisition functions
  • Maintain organization and efficiency
  • Assist in scheduling phone screens and interviews
  • Manage applicant documentation
  • Participate in career fairs and events
  • Collaborate with the HR team on onboarding and orientation needs
  • Create job postings and screen candidates

Requirements:

  • Human resources or recruiting experience
  • Administrative support experience
  • Customer service oriented
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Desire to help people

Work Model:

  • On-site
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Monday – Friday
