Responsibilities:

• Bridge the daily operations with the strategic goals of the company by collaborating with the executive team
• Monitor the status and prioritization of daily work
• Lead repair services, management team
• Make departmental decisions and project plans
• Identify and implement new processes, technologies, and competencies 
• Identify and coordinate training needs, and ensure proper training is developed 
• Review quality control reports to determine and address areas of concern
• Work with other departments related to repair services and product development
• Develop and sustain customer relationships based on an understanding of their needs 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of leadership experience specializing in engineering disciplines 
• Experience administering staffing, development, and organization of departments 
• Ability to create QA standards as new product lines are acquired
• Strong background in developing a team 
• Servant style leadership exemplified by leading from your seat
