This role will perform the daily administrative duties of defined contribution and benefit plans. An ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with proven communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Define the Contribution Plan
- Process contributions reports, enrollment data, and loan reports
- Communicate directly with plan employers and participants
- Compile and send quarterly forfeiture notices to employees
- Assist annually with discrimination testing; employer match true-up calculations, and the audit process
- Review and processing of QDRO forms
- Calculate pension benefits
- Send participants notice of benefit and distribution options and annual participant statements
- Communicate directly with plan employers and participants
- Assist during the annual valuation and audit process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, mathematics, or a related field
- Retirement plan or benefits field experience
- 401K experience
