Responsibilities:

• Assist and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations
• Help ensure safety and health conditions and good housekeeping in the workplace  
• Collaborate with internal team members to identify needs with a solution-based approach 
• Advise Corporate Safety Director on safety compliance concerns and preventative actions
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements 
• Assess new developments in the health and safety field with possible application to the company’s operations
• Exemplify, promote, and foster the purpose of Committed to Excellence through core values of customers, employees, character, and mastery

Requirements:

• Construction management or related experience  
• Great communication and organization skills
• Trenching or dirt work experience is a plus
• Ability to coach and mentor employees
