  • Identify and implement process improvement changes- focusing on lean methodologies
  • Design sales process and manage the day-to-day performance of the sales team
  • Manage and lead a team of 3 people
  • Implement change management and culture-building factors
  • Set performance metrics and goals for the department
  • Partner with sales in communicating the company’s differentiating value proposition to customers 
  • Coordinate quality and review processes to assist in new product development and order fulfillment process
  • Bring technical knowledge to the product while also communicating these aspects effectively to employees


  • 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment or Original Equipment Manufacturing sales 
  • Growth mindset- looking for spots to implement improvements with an eye on becoming more efficient and evolving
  • Experience managing a team or leadership/coaching experience
  • Familiarity with data systems and data automation
  • Lean/Continuous Improvement mindset- with actionable results
  • Technical mindset with the ability to communicate and convey changes to team members
