- Provide prompt and efficient service by greeting all guests as they enter the retail establishment
- Build relationships with customers to ensure they are satisfied with purchases and request you upon return to the location
- Make outbound check-in calls as necessary to nurture existing relationships
- Interact professionally with all guests
- Meet and exceed all sales goals as determined by leadership
- Attend training sessions with vendors to learn the best ways to sell and showcase products
- 6+ years of sales experience or customer-facing role
- Experience with high-end and custom products
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests and projects at once
- Ability to work 3 Saturdays a month, will have every Sunday off
