Our client is seeking someone that can provide customer support by assisting with sales procedures. Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming sales calls to appropriate sales personnel
- Pre-screen and follow-up with leads
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales assistance with tasks such as sales paperwork, sales, and sales quotes
- Prepare invoices preparation of pertinent reports, as well as other projects as assigned
- Handle logistics orders for internal and external events, including travel, trade shows, and customer demonstrations
- Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursement
- Update managers by consolidating and forwarding daily action summaries
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or associates degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge and experience in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, sales support, and accounting
- Proficient in multiple IT applications
Work Model:
- On-site
- 8:00AM – 5:00PM
