Our financial client is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist agents and cultivate relationships. Those qualified will have life and annuity experience and professional communication skills. - Provide agents and colleagues with phone support on products
- Understand Life & Annuity policy processes
- Answer incoming calls
- Troubleshoot problems reported
- Build relationships with new and existing agents
- Process improvement
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience with Life & Annuity products and/or in financial services
- Problem-solving skills
- Professional communicator
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Monday – Friday
