Salesforce Technology Manager

Our client is looking for a Salesforce Technology Manager to lead a team of Application Developers, Business Analysts and Quality Assurance Analysts to engineer solutions for complex business problems on the Salesforce platform. This includes setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility that closely align with senior management to which involves negotiating or influencing on large and small roadmap initiatives.  Responsibilities:  

• Lead Software Development and Business Analyst professionals in the refinement, design, implementation, testing and transition of software in accordance with established software development and design control processes
• Work with leadership to help drive automation and analytical needs to achieve their short term and long-term goals
• Lead the implementation and maximizing Salesforce capabilities and analytical capabilities
• Lead usage of Salesforce modules with other business partners

Requirements:

• 3+ year’s of experience developing, administration and/or implementation solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Prior experience in an Agile environment preferred
