Senior Accountant

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced candidate to join our growing accounting team as a Senior Accountant. Responsibilities:

• Perform sales tax remittance and filings (covering 24 states and growing)
• Responsible for credit cards, time and expense, and fixed asset reconciliation
• Serve as backup for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and A/R credit memos
• Serve as a backup to payroll for approximately 200 employees
• Reconcile engineering and contract manufacturing projects

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar accounting position
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task, prioritize and problem-solve
• Team player who can work independently to meet deadlines
