Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain company benefit programs
  • Maintain best practices
  • Maintain broker partnership
  • Counsel employees on benefits matters regarding eligibility, coverage and provisions
  • Compile and maintain records, documentation
  • Reconcile statements
  • Administer COBRA
  • Coordinate benefit enrollment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of administering employee benefits
