Senior Commercial Loan Officer – SVP

An Iowa-based Community Lender is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Loan Officer – SVP to fill a vital role in their growing organization. Responsibilities:

• Pre-qualify and prospect new businesses 
• Review and collect Collection underwriting documentation
  
• Participate and lead in loan closings
  
• Maintain client relationships and perform periodic loan reviews
  

Requirements:

• 10+ years of commercial banking/lending experience and expertise in loan structuring, administration, and business development
• High degree of autonomy, professionalism, and superior judgment in decision making
• Proven success in prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing sizeable commercial loan transactions
• Knowledge and experience of the Central Iowa/Des Moines metro commercial real estate market, including established relationships in the industry
